How can the order payments be done?
The payment can be done by Visa, Mastercard and Bizum.
Where do we ship and how about the shipping costs?
We send to all Europe. The shipping costs change accordingly the country. When purchasing the item you select the country and the shipment cost will be show.
For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us.
After making a successful order, no confirmation mail?
Due to high traffic periods, confirmation mails can delay. Also you can contact us to email@example.com
What about taxes?
All the prices are with taxes and inside Europe there will be not more taxes.
Getting to know the new collection release dates
We don’t work with release dates. From our newsletter (link newsletter) we make you the first one to know about it.
What about refund policy?
If the product didn’t fit your expectation, you can return it to us and get your payment back, excluding the shipping costs (if the return reason is due our mistake by us). You can read more in return policy section.
There’s a 30 days limit return since the the date of receipt. The product must prove that has not been used, washed ir damaged and still in the original packing.
Contact us with the order reference to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you’re returning it.
Why the billing and shipping address have to be the same?
To prevent credit card fraud both addresses must match.
When will the order arrive?
It depends on your location. In Spain and Portugal 2 days. In Central Europe 5 days. Only in business days.
It’s possible to track an order?
Yes. After you made the purchase it will be provided a tracking number for your order shipment.
Exclusive clothes. No re-stock?
Some pieces are unique or been made from a single textil. Occasionally some can be re-issued letting you know by the newsletter.
